2. Waiting Period: The vehicle owner is given 24 hours to move their vehicle or address the issue.
3. Authorization Form: Fill out our authorization form to best of your ability. (If you do not know some of the information, leave it blank.  The most important part is the location of the vehicle and who is authorizing the removal).
4. Towing: If the vehicle hasn't been moved, our team will tow it to our yard for impound, following all local and state regulations.

This approach helps ensure owners are fairly warned and reduces disputes regarding impounded vehicles.
