If your property doesn’t typically face daily parking issues but has an unwanted or abandoned vehicle, we can assist. Under Utah law, property owners have the right to remove vehicles that are unwanted or abandoned. Our team ensures a smooth process by handling all necessary steps, from notifying vehicle owners to towing the vehicle, in full compliance with state regulations.
Please do the following:
- Post Notice: Download and place this 24 hr notice on the drivers door window. Text a photo of the vehicle with the posted notice to our office line, 8668958487.
- Waiting Period: The vehicle owner is given 24 hours to move their vehicle or address the issue.
- Authorization Form: Fill out our authorization form to best of your ability. (If you do not know some of the information, leave it blank. Â The most important part is the location of the vehicle and who is authorizing the removal).
- Towing: If the vehicle hasn't been moved, our team will tow it to our yard for impound, following all local and state regulations.
This approach helps ensure owners are fairly warned and reduces disputes regarding impounded vehicles.
